Storm damage assessment and inspection — AllPhase Building Group

Insurance Claims Process

We Work Your Claim From Inspection to Final Approval

Once you hire AllPhase, we take it from there — documenting damage, meeting with your adjuster, handling supplements, and negotiating scope and pricing on your behalf. You file the initial claim; we do the heavy lifting after that. In some cases we may need your help as the policyholder to move things along, but our goal is to keep that to a minimum.

The Process

Six Steps to Full Restoration

01

Free Damage Inspection

We come to your property and perform a thorough inspection of all damage. We document everything — photos, measurements, and written assessments — that your insurance company needs to process your claim.

No cost, no obligation. We identify damage that homeowners and even some adjusters miss.

02

Claim Filing & Documentation

We prepare a thorough damage report — photos, measurements, and written assessments — that you submit to your insurance company to open the claim. Once it's filed, we take over the documentation and communication with your adjuster.

You open the claim as the policyholder. From there, we handle the contractor side so you don't have to.

03

Adjuster Meeting & Scope Negotiation

We meet with your insurance adjuster on-site, walk through all documented damage, and work through the scope and pricing with them directly. If anything is missed or undervalued, we handle the supplement process to get it corrected.

This is where having AllPhase in your corner makes the biggest difference — we know what a full and accurate scope looks like and we push for it.

04

Scope of Work Approval

Once your claim is approved, we review the scope of work with you and your insurance company to ensure everything needed for a full restoration is included.

We don't start work until you and your insurer have approved the full scope.

05

Full Restoration

Our licensed crews complete the full restoration — structural, exterior, and interior — to return your property to pre-loss condition. We handle every trade, every phase.

Multiple points of contact throughout every job — you're always in the loop, insurance or retail.

06

Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off

We walk through the completed restoration with you to confirm everything meets your expectations. We don't consider the job done until you do.

Your satisfaction and your insurance company's sign-off close the claim.
