Project Manager / Estimator
Own projects from signed contract to final walkthrough. You'll conduct property inspections, write estimates, coordinate subcontractor crews, and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the entire job.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in roofing, exterior contracting, or construction management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with insurance claims a major plus
- Proficiency with estimating software preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Field Trainer
Train and develop our marketing and sales team in the field. You'll ride along with new hires, coach canvassing techniques, teach the inspection process, and make sure our team represents AllPhase professionally at every door.
Requirements
- Prior experience in door-to-door sales or field marketing
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in residential neighborhoods
- Ability to lead by example in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Marketing Assistant
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll go door to door in target neighborhoods to introduce AllPhase, educate homeowners about their property and insurance options, and set up free inspection appointments for our estimators. No cold calling — you're meeting people where they live.
Requirements
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- No prior experience required — we train you
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Sales Representative – Storm Restoration
This is a field sales role built around insurance restoration. You'll knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods, conduct roof and exterior inspections, walk homeowners through the insurance claims process, meet with adjusters on-site, and guide customers through color selections and contract signing. You own the relationship from first knock to signed contract.
Requirements
- Experience in door-to-door or field sales strongly preferred
- Comfortable conducting roof and exterior inspections
- Ability to explain the insurance claims process clearly to homeowners
- Experience meeting with insurance adjusters a major plus
- Self-motivated, competitive, and able to manage your own pipeline
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Sales Representative – Remodeling
Sell interior and exterior retail remodeling projects to homeowners looking to upgrade their property. You'll run in-home consultations, assess project scope, present proposals, and close contracts. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who can connect with homeowners, understand what they want, and deliver a compelling pitch backed by AllPhase's reputation and quality.
Requirements
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or retail sales preferred
- Strong in-home presentation and closing skills
- Ability to assess project scope and build accurate proposals
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Sales Manager
Lead and grow our sales team across Illinois, Missouri & Indiana. You'll recruit and develop Marketing Assistants and estimators, set performance targets, track KPIs, and work directly with ownership to drive revenue. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to build and motivate a team.
Requirements
- 3+ years sales management experience, preferably in home services or insurance restoration
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of door-to-door and field sales strategies
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Handyman
We're hiring full-time Handymen in Illinois, Missouri & Indiana as we build out dedicated handyman teams in each state. If you can fix it, build it, or improve it — we want you on the team. This role covers a wide range of residential and commercial repair and maintenance work, from carpentry and drywall to plumbing repairs, painting, and general property maintenance. As our handyman division grows, there will be opportunities to take on a lead role within your state's team.
Requirements
- Proven experience across multiple trades — carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing repairs, etc.
- Ability to assess and complete a wide variety of repair and maintenance tasks independently
- Professional, courteous demeanor when working in or around customers' homes and properties
- Own basic hand tools; power tools and specialty equipment provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a background check
